i just fell in love with the car.

but i think as long as i take care of it, it shouldn't be too bad.

I had aftermarket angel eyes on my old car and the lights would turn on and off alone when the car wasn't even on. Was pretty annoying

You need a relay harness. Your aftermarket headlights are pulling more power than the stock wiring can handle.

I'm not exactly sure how it will work with those specific aftermarket headlights but if you have any knowledge of how electricity works then I'm sure you'll be able to figure it out. The relay harness should only be about $10.

I'm going to switch the dimmer switch and if that doesn't do it I'll definitely do that next.

I would try googling the brand of your aftermarket headlights and the issue you are having first to see if you can find a sure solution rather than messing with shit though lol. If all else fails just pick up a pair of stockers at a scrap yard for cheap

The car came with the headlights so I actually don't know what exact brand they are, I know they're halo lights, what kind though, no idea
