I guarantee you can't lease one of these lol. If you could the price per month would be astro-fucking-nomical

Chrysler is only making (roughly) 300/month of the hellcats. There are 80 people on a list willing to pay MSRP or over MSRP just at 1 dealership in Houston. I don't think these will be out to lease until supply is greater than demand which wont be for a long time unless they kick up production like crazy.

There are much better cars out there for similar money. It's just this is dodge's first big hit in a long long time and the hype behind this one is big and has a lot of followers. They've done an excellent job marketing this car and the price they have for MSRP is low enough to make it a reality for a lot of people.

These cars are going to be everywhere.. the 1200 unit production cap originally talked about is complete BS. These cars are not going to be rare by any stretch of the imagination after the initial release. Hype = just that.. Hype.

And yes dodge is offering a very attractive lease option for these. It makes 100x more sense to lease one then to own one.

And why would they buy it from you for $130K when they could buy it from a dealer just as ez as you can for the same $100k...

There are no cars to lease though. They could offer to lease them for 3 dollars a month but nobody will get one.

For the same reason I drove to texas with a car hauler over and over again to buy diesel trucks. You could buy a truck here for 40k and haul it up north for 500 bucks and resell it for 45-48k any day of the week.

Houston's supply and demand is not the same as other places. In california these cars started out over 200k for the first ones in the state.

This is not rocket science my friends. Gotta have some trust. I've flipped a truck once before

If you really love the car and its your dream to own it asap, than go for it.

As an investment, is sounds like a bad idea in my opinion.

also why not order one from a state with less of a demand than texas.

there are 2 hellcats on egbay for aound 80k

I have a feeling if you have the option to make $20k with the drop of a hat it would have happened.

I know all about flipping shit but you act like you are the only one that has thought about reselling one of these for profit. It is a shit ton harder to pull it off then you make it sound. You very easily could have gotten stuck loosing thousands of dollars.
