I say hold off on the corner balance. Get your coils installed, see how they drive, and if you feel the need that the car over steers or understeers too much, than get adjustable sways and go from there.

For Daily driving I really wouldn't. Unless the price is right than hell yea.
I plan on Re-doing the sway bars in my 86. I did OEM replacement bushings on the stock sway bars. But I'm gonna take it a step further when I come home to visit.
