Hey, I'm not writing a DIY guide buddy.

But you did, with 1 extra sentence.

OP there should be nothing to this.  Take a tape measure with you and make sure the length is the same.  The bolt holes should be in the exact same location if the bed lengths are identical since it is the same generation truck.

KOJ, in my office, now.

I'm flying to Texas this year to hang out with a friend that moved out there and go hunting with him. You should meet me there. He works at a custom long gun shop owned by a guy with friends in the oil business. They hunt on some ridiculous 30,000 acre ranch.

Yeah im not to worried about the tailgate and such. I am going to repaint the whole truck anyway, just need a box that is in good shape. I am actually taking the bed off my truck and driving to the guys place with a friend and just bolting it up there. Pretty simple.

Or u could take some pieces of wood that fit in the holes in each corner of the bed maybe it has six and make it a little shorter than 2xthe depth of one hole. Then take some ratchet straps and ratchet each corner of the beds loops. So u just set that bed ontop of yours and crawl inside and ratchet it tight
