I've never heard anyone call 99 a loop. I believe I've read that it will never be a loop either.

But I do love 99....been in cypress for a while and it makes life much easier at times.

290 sucks. I do enjoy the connection directly to i10 though.

It wont be connected down by baytown if i remember correctly. Lots of people still refer to it as a loop though.
