You should be careful throwing around the word stupid when you are riding around with your tailgate down. I can't think of a scenario where I wouldn't realize mine was down when I got in. Maybe that is thanks to my dad telling me when I was a kid that riding around with your tailgate down is like walking around with your dick hanging out.
