i understand what you mean, i know i could get better perfomance from something cheaper. But i mostly just want a 06-07 STi with decent power. ( probably will never drag race, str8 lines are boring ) only thing i might do is autocross.

If you don't know much about them you shouldn't be looking at this. You are going to find yourself in over your head quite quickly.

STIs/EVOs aren't worth the headache they cause. They're slow stock and as soon as you start the mod them things start breaking fast, STIs being considerably worse than EVOs.

Go drive afew other cars. If you don't want to go into a v8 go look at a 335i.

From the mods list, the guy has everything done to the car, EXCEPT an upgraded turbo and a majority of internals. Especially at 360 awhp, I question it drastically.

Has equal length headers, so there will be no boxer rumble. And as ride said, if you don't know much about the upgrades, then don't bother. As soon as something goes out (which I'm going to assume will be the turbo eventually) you'll be investing high end dollars to diagnose and fix the issue. Also think about it, why was this car's motor rebuilt? Something went wrong, horribly wrong. Either early on and he's hiding his mistake from you, or he went in over his head to buy "blah blah blah" and ran out of money. Which if it's the latter, I question how he afforded the paint job unless it's crap.

Edit: If you're really serious, call "Walter" or whoever that tuning company is and ask questions about the car being brought in. Keep in mind, since the work was done at their shop they will have more than likely biased answers because they will attempt to promote "this is what you'll need to do next."

Actually, the car is a 2004 WRX with a complete 2007 STi swap( when i say complete, it's complete, engine, tranny, brakes, interior etc, its no longer a WRX lol ). the engine wasn't a rebuilt really, it's a completely new engine from Lachute perfomance.

and yeah i know about the equal headers and yeah calling Walter could be a good hint ( they only tuned the car, they havent built it )

lol its worth nowhere near $19k if its not an original STI. If your set on a modded STI look at this.

Only WRX thing on the car is the body. Everything else is ''upgraded''. a WRX or a STI with the same exact mods... what's the difference ?
