It seems like it started out of the blue. I wasn't monitoring it for a while because I was having no issues.

If you read the post, my actual tune is in the works... I am on an ots map that came with the ap, which are relatively conservative.

Has it persisted through multiple tanks of fuel? If not, run it down and fill up somewhere different. Billy joe bob or Daiquan might have unloaded the wrong tank compartment into the premium tank.

Yeah ever since the shell gas I put in I noticed it. I'm going to fill up today and add some fuel cleaner. The spark plugs come in tomorrow also so hopefully they fix the issue. If not I am gonna fill it up with a few gallons e85 to see if it really is mechanical

I'd try the fuel swap itself and only use the cleaner if it doesn't go away. Stick to changing 1 variable at a time if you want to figure it out.

Alright. I just hope it gets fixed before the next autos event :( I wouldn't beat on the engine when I'm getting readings like this.

Anything under 2 degrees could very likely be false knock. I wouldn't stress on it.

on the way home my exhaust rattled really bad. I jacked it up and got under it when I got home, and noticed that both of the shitty home depot bolts were loose and about to break. This whole time I had a really bad exhaust leak. There way black soot shit all around the donut gasket and both the long downpipe/straight pipe gasket. Picked up better bolts and put it back together. The car runs so much better now. Not much chugging, KR readings didnt go above .9 on a 30 mile drive. The power is more than it has been also. It feels ~40 hp or more better than it was before, and the log looks pretty clean. I guess that was the culprit.

That would do it. The noise from the leak could have caused false knock or enough fresh air could have gotten in to do funny things with the AFR.

I usually run about 1-2 degrees off as well, but it doesn't quite affect anything. As long as it's below 3, you're good to go. If it spikes above, that's no good.
