idk anything about subarus, but with low enough weight and the right gears, 11s are pretty feasible.

I see people run almost a full second better than what the stock motor rates on a lot of different cars.

whp isn't everything to get a good time. Proper track conditions, proper tires, and a proper driver are just as important.
