the door does sag a little bit its actually not to big of a problem i thought it was at first until i talked to others with the same car and they said its just fine, and i took all the trim off of the fender, door, and quarter panel, i have done paint work before with the door handle and emblems still on and it actually turned out just fine, so im going to give that a try again and see how it turns out, my issues is im only spraying the driver side and hood as of right now because i still have done the body work on the passenger side (i know its the wrong way of doing it because you makes it damn near impossible to blend the color properly but its what i have to do) and u are exactly right black shows freaking every little minor flaw in the car, but im ok with that because then it shows me what i have to fix, i just sprayed the bare metal parts down and the filler parts down with a self filling primer and i can already see quite a few areas that need to be wet sanded down and still needs some work done. ill post those couple pictures in a few minutes.
Try adjusting the hinges. I had an older firebird with the saggy door issue. Might just be me but i'm really picky about how hard it is to latch a door closed on an older car/truck. If it takes any force at all i'm ripping the hinges/latches apart to fix it.
More on point, i was able to get enough adjustment out of the factory hinges to level out the door again. Granted that was a car with 18k original miles on it with factory tires in ~2010 but its worth a shot.
