Don't ever spray anything on your rotors. It's surface rust. Clean it off with a scouring pad.

Plasti dip athe whole thing and then use white lithium grease and put theme back on, you'll be cherry

i think theyre doing it on purpose now.

but to op just paint them with some high temp paint like has been mentioned. imo go with a matte black. just make sure you prep the surface good before you paint or its just going to peel back off.
