Guy tried pulling this shit on me and brought him to court and won. Keep in mind small claims court is always an option and you have no idea what this guy has collected as proof since the accident

I had a guy pull that on me.

He left no physical damage but my frame was shifted.

Luckily i had a go pro on my car. But it's a loophole.
