we dont know high he was. he very well couldve not realized how close he was to moving traffic. to say that him being under the influence of drugs could not have impaired his judgement and led to him being hit by moving traffic is dumb.

also for those of you who feel the need to tell us how much weed you can smoke and still feel fine you dont know how it could have been affecting him.

if a toxicology report said there was enough in his system to impair his judgement then i tend to believe them because they know more about that kind of stuff than you or i

/e also i wonder if we will ever get to see the other video that they have.

i doubt this was a one time occurrence i think he would of known damn well whether or not weed impaired his ability to function properly.

you just contradicted yourself btw. as you said being high is a subjective experience which means his personal history with the drug is the only way we can know how it affected him.

so unless he has a history of marijuana use leading to suicidal choices then the entire subject is pointless. this wasn't a stupid decision...it was a decision that racoons and squirrels make.

so unless you think marijuana makes people so stupid you can compare them to a squirrel then you have to concede the fact that as his opinion based on his experience was that weed didn't impair him enough to not race.

yep the idiots condoning drug usage while racing at high speeds are gonna come out of the woodwork now. id say theres a strong case saying it did impair his judgement. he wrecked his car. he jumps out of his car with traffic speeding by and starts moving around on a dim lit track. he got entirely too close to a moving racecar and was hit by it.

so yeah id say his judgement was impaired. go ahead and tell us how awesome you drive while high though.

rage impairs your judgement far more than marijuana is the point im trying to make. we all know that rage can lead to blatantly suicidal choices that make stupid people look like some sort of super geniuses.

we've already established he wasn't just "walking around a race track blindly" but rather trying to confront the guy that wrecked him who happened to still be driving a race car.

driving while high on weed isn't hard and has already been proven to hardly ever be the sole cause for a car accident. i'm not condoning the behavior because i think it can lead to people thinking "oh well i can drive high so i bet i can drive drunk.".

do i think being high might of caused the wreck? sure i'd take that as a credible point.

do i think being high was anywhere near as important as the fact he was pissed off? nope

impaired judgement means that his brain more than likely didnt comprehend how close he was to danger causing him to get closer to cars than he normally would have.

Judgment refers to the patient's capacity to make sound, reasoned and responsible decisions. clearly his judgement was impaired.

its funny that none of you can even begin to admit that it couldve had any part in his decision. i guess you smoke weed because you like the smell because it obviously doesnt have any other effects on a person.
