yep the idiots condoning drug usage while racing at high speeds are gonna come out of the woodwork now. id say theres a strong case saying it did impair his judgement. he wrecked his car. he jumps out of his car with traffic speeding by and starts moving around on a dim lit track. he got entirely too close to a moving racecar and was hit by it.
so yeah id say his judgement was impaired. go ahead and tell us how awesome you drive while high though.
rage impairs your judgement far more than marijuana is the point im trying to make. we all know that rage can lead to blatantly suicidal choices that make stupid people look like some sort of super geniuses.
we've already established he wasn't just "walking around a race track blindly" but rather trying to confront the guy that wrecked him who happened to still be driving a race car.
driving while high on weed isn't hard and has already been proven to hardly ever be the sole cause for a car accident. i'm not condoning the behavior because i think it can lead to people thinking "oh well i can drive high so i bet i can drive drunk.".
do i think being high might of caused the wreck? sure i'd take that as a credible point.
do i think being high was anywhere near as important as the fact he was pissed off? nope
