I almost got ticketed in my hometown for "unnecessary noise" when i popped my BOV off at a cop that was parked taking radar.

I talked my way out of that one though by saying that a bov is an engine saftey device to prevent compressor surge. Sure my Turbo XS type H RFL bov isnt stock but my car did come with a bov stock, but hows he to know lol

Unless you got 12 grand in stero shit, IMO it would be pretty hard to piss off a cop mid afternoon with loud music. Around here anyways.

I got a few g's into my stereo.. I could see cops not being excited to have me blasting next to them at a stop light. I don't usually try to piss people off but if I am just driving down the street I wont turn my stereo down just because a cop is around. Like FMX said though cops like to use that as an excuse to pull you over and then get you for other shit. I never have my shit up when I am rolling dirty

not in a vehicle during the day. in a vehicle at night if you have bass thumping it really doesnt take much to annoy a quiet neighborhood. ive never heard of someone getting a warning or ticket in the daytime for music though.

Cops just mainly use it as an excuse to pull you over. A cop pulled me over during the day for "noise disturbance" and then proceeded to ask me if I had any "drugs, guns or bombs in my car"..... Gotta love the police
