i thought u were a master mechanic n all rich n shit. why not just install your own supercharger?

Warranty = I beat the living piss out of the car and never have to worry about parts that will inevitably break because well, all mechanical parts will fail at some point or another. Thats the difference between doing it myself and getting a new car :) /ie- peace of mind

They don't warranty unnecessary abuse or neglect. Ask any GTR owner, or Viper owner, or Corvette owner. If the dealership is really, really cool they might do an auto transmission or an engine if the recorded OBDII data shows the last few minutes of it's life wasn't WOT.

guy at work just got a new engine for free in his 2013 v8 silverado / cracked the block mudding Oo

dealerships around here as far as i know dont care because the manufacturer reimburses them / they do what they can to make you happy. Like that $700 rim on my challenger a few months ago

To an extent yes. They have to report the damage to the OEM and their warranty department tells the dealer whether they are going to cover it or not. If the dealer is willing to lie to them to make a customer happy they can get around it. It's not like the service department at the dealer gets to decide if they are going to fix it or not.

Also your friend is a fucking idiot if he grenaded a gen IV 5.3/6.0/6.2. It's practically impossible. Maybe 5+ minutes at WOT under a load with the radiator plugged with mud, or hydrolocking it.

There are thousands of stories out there about dealerships refusing to warranty vehicles that have been abused. Hell there are dealers that have broken shit on a customer's car and blamed it on the customer then refused to cover it.

707hp

Tires fit for a V6.

Dodge still doesn't get it.  I bet it runs high 11's with 700hp on the stock wheels/tires.  With good track prep and a good driver mind you.

I know... When i say the factory tire options i was a little heartbroken... Nothing that can't be fixed i guess. Another reminder why i chose diesel over gas lol I'll most likely still snag one of these however. Waiting on the pricing to be released to decide between the hellcat and the scat pack shaker. If they charge anything over 65,000 i will not hesitate to buy the lower model car.

not 100% sure of his details but as far as i heard he was just driving through mud getting to his cabin to go fishing up north and then his motor started eating oil at a fast rate / oil light came on. Took it to the dealer, they had it for a couple days and said his block was cracked and got him an entire new engine. I think he only had 65k miles on it or so.
