if youve had good luck with celicas and like them then just get another one imo. i cant really help you with what years to get and what to look out for but other than a celica i would get a honda accord they seem to be reliable cars. i would be more wary of civics because boyracers think theyre ayrton senna when they get one and usually ruin them.

Yeah, I kind of shy away from civics. I mean they're nice cars, easy fix and all but they're just too many of them around.

Get an altrac celica or a newer gts if you decide on a celica.

An all-trac would be nice, I believe the JDM version pushes almost 250 while the US version only pushes 200 :(

I want to get a GT-S but it may be just a few squeezes out of my price range and I've yet to find one near me :*(

I live in Missouri which is about a state away from Texas, the winters aren't too bad. Coldest it's been is around a 1-5 degrees at best, averaging around 15-20 for most winters.

I plan to snoop around town to see if I can find one, else I'd have to turn to online. Any good sites for online searches?

Yeah a Nissan Sentra Spec V would be nice as well.

Finding a 6 speed GT-S around me is near impossible it seems , may have to go with a GT

Friend has a RSX, I like to not do a double. TSX is nice but may be out of my price range for a decent one.

Dang, you're right, a clean TSX for 8k and under would be quite a hassle to find.

Perhaps you could go with a Prelude? Finding a low mileage one under 8k is more than doable.
