Pretty clean bike for its age
I had a yz465 a long time
It was too much to ride it would just spin the shit out of the tire
2 strokes are nice but man do they have snappy throttles

2 strokes will require more rebuilds overall but are much less to rebuild and run
If you run good oil and do run it super lean on your 2 stroke it will last a long time.
