Is there a check engine light on?

Also, have you tried hitting your starter with a hammer?

Cranks but wont start indicates starter is fine. Most cars have a check engine light on until they start anyway, so likely going to be hard to tell.

i would shoot some starting fluid to see if it fires. also like you said, the crank position sensor was the problem for my grandma. It was doing the same Exact thing..

Tried engine starter fluid through throttle body to see if it starts, doesn't start even after you spray it in.

Seems he already tried this.

No? Turn key to on position and wait a sec. If it doesn't go off that means you have a code. I've had an integra that didnt run that threw a code. And I know about the starter but ya never know. Tbh I'd want to know how the battery test was done and what color the spark is because when I had this problem on my integra it turned out that the dizzy was bad and wasn't producing enough spark even though it sparked.

Ya, my last bet is possibly a bad sensor, the thing runs $120 so it's kind of pricey.

Put it on the ON position you can hear the gas pump pumping for a few secs then turn off which is what it's supposed to do. It's currently sparking an orange color and not a blue like it should, though I feel like it should be enough for it to start for a bit then turn off at least. Changed the whole distrubutor assembly including cap, rotor, ignition coil, etc.. as well as the coils/cords that go from the distributor to the spark plugs. This little problem is being quite elusive. The battery is also new, tested out fine at the local O'reilly shop.

Did you change it out with a brand new dizzy?

And is there a check engine light or no?

/e This may sound weird, but I'd check your main relay as well. If its hot where you live, throw it in your freezer for 20 mins then try it. If its not hot, try switching it out.

Just the main parts of the dizzy was replaced I believe. It wasn't done by me so I presume from the condition of the parts I've looked at and replaced what I believe to be the usual main problems of a crank no start issue.

There is no check engine light I believe.

Do you by chance know where the main relay is located?

Driver side kick panel if I remember correctly. I'd also grab a new dizzy from a local parts store and if that doesnt turn out to work, just bring it back for a refund. I had an integra that didnt produce
enough spark and wouldnt run but cranked just fine and turned out to be my dizzy. Also, double check to see if check engine light is on. That should always be your first check.

My relative just told me his friend's integra had the same problem I'm having, replaced his ignition coil and everything like I did. Turns out his Ignition Control Module was the culprit.

I might grab a multimeter and check that out as it's located in the dizzy as well. This could also be your culprit when you replaced your dizzy. Will update when I get the chance to look at it again.
