I soak their vehicle in black smoke. I don't do it often, but if someone is being an asshole I will.

Most reports i've heard are around 17-19mpg. I live in Houston now and deal with traffic for most of my commute. I'm getting a hand calculated 20.3mpg avg. The best i've seen so far was a trip to dallas with the cruise at 75 and i got 21.2mpg

I'm getting roughly 1000 miles per gallon of DEF (i get it at the pump for 2.89/gal) if you want to get technical and figure that in to my cost lol.

Just put on some 33x12.50's yesterday so i'll see what my milage is like with those in a couple weeks.

edit: Thats in a CCSB 4x4 with the 68rfe and 3.73's and no winter blend down here

Everyone hates on DEF (myself included until i owned one with it) I'm going to see if i can dig up a post on a different forum for you. It's actually a good thing, and its cheap as hell for the gain you get. if it costs me less than 3 dollars every 1k miles for an additional 4-6mpg compared to a 07.5-12 without def. I'm all for it (emissions intact anyways)

yeah but im not paying for the diesel so i dont care about the costs lol. when cold weather hits the first thing to freeze is the def handle at the truck stop. then you have to buy it by the box. also with the loads that i run everyday now i would have to make a special trip for def because the road ranger doesnt have it at the pump. they probably have it inside but i dont think our cards buys it inside.

Exactly. You can get by without the economy robbing regen. You refill your panther piss every couple of tanks of fuel and forget about it. The plant on the other end of our site sells tech grade Urea to companies that process it into DEF.
