tthey can do it when the road is -10 and the tires are cold lol. the new challengers are almost 400hp. if it was hot out then no, its be to gripy.

i had traction control off also. i usually dont turn it off but i decided to when i left the store for some reason lol.

im probably really close if not a bit over the 400hp mark.. i got my diablo sport intune on it that i had on my charger, catback and intake on it.. regardless, it was fun.

the cops comment when she came up to the car was pretty good.. "so whats your reason for driving like an ass?"

then she said " i know the cars got balls but there is no reason to be burning your tires at that speed in front of a cop"

it was the only female cop in town, she drives a yamaha r1 in the summer, so she isnt unfamiliar with speed and going fast and having fun lol. she was cool about it hah

There's no reason not to fight it, it's not like they can slam you with other charges when you go in to fight that one.

my insurance wont go up. already called my insurance girl and she said it wont be effected.

Oh, well if your rates won't get jacked then fuck it.

and people who say/use the words smashed while driving..smashed gears..sound like the honda kiddies.

How will your rates not go up? Isn't it standard with insurance that if you get a moving violation that points are assessed on your license, ensuing higher rates? Maybe thats just where I'm at, but I have my lawyer get my tickets reduced to non-moving parking violations just incase..
