It's a towncar, not a vic lol. I actually have MORE back seat room. Same platform obviously, but the towncar is actually extended 3 inches over the crown vic in the rear seat area.

But it's going to be insane when I'm done. I wont stop until Im at least in the low 9's, possibly faster. Want to do the whole thing streetable.

Ahh. A town car. That's fucking awesome lol

Well, that's my starting budget. We'll see where it ends up.

Traction will be your issue. You will need to mini tub it. There goes the back seat room. It will need some serious chassis work to run 9's.

All in good time. I believe I can tub it without sacrificing rear seat room. Wheel wells are in the trunk, and I have PLENTY of trunk room to spare.

So here's a link to the 9 second crown vic, he did it with 15X8 rears with 275/50-15 Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials. No mention of chassis work, but I'll ask him.

High 9 to a 9 flat or low 9 is a big jump in a car that size. Goodluck though, sounds like you have a good list to start from

9s in a boat that size is gonna be a little harder imo. That's a lot of steel to get moving lol
