Yeah I knew the joints weren't tip top shape, but didn't think it was possible to just break the way it did it ripped the ball right out of the control arm..
But idk it's not like I was gonna just go buy brand new control arms just cause it was making a creaky noise, figured it was cause when I redid the axels maybe I tighten'd the bolts a bit much and it was creaking cause it was like working its self in kinda deal.

Also when this happened we were half way going over a big ass speed bump and soon as we got like half way across bang crash crunch lol

Was hoping anyone could tell me a easy way to find structural damage if there is one lol ie. crumple zone damage or whatever

Set 4 jackstands to the same height, hack the car up on level ground and put the stands under it at the jacking points. That is a quick and dirty way to check the frame. If it is twisted it won't touch all 4 jackstands. I've seen cars teeter on 2 stands at opposite corners.

Dat frame flex

I've seen cars that had subframe connectors welded in without the car being leveled. Not good.

This isn't a racer KoJ it's our everyday car. And that is a descent idea FMX_89 but I live on hills n shit and no garage lol, just a driveway on a hill and a front yard.. Tomorrow I am taking the front end apart again.. I got a new lower arm for it today so I'm gonna throw that on tomorrow.
Also was wondering.. I took it into Les Schwab about 2 months after we got it cause we blew a tire on the highway and the rf ofc lol (didn't hit anything.) :) and when we got 4 new tires for it the dude there did that "roadshake" test to it and told me that both front struts were shit.. Is there anyway that can cause all these problems? like maybe the strut on the right is worse than the left allowing the tire to go up too much and putting a shit ton of stress on the lower ball joint?
Also after we had bough the tire 4 new tires I was looking at the tires and the inside of the rf tire had been ground down so bad, cause the tire was sitting like this \\ So we went back there and I asked the guy at the Les Schwab about the camber etc.. maybe being right outta wak and he told me that it wasn't the camber on the tire but things weren't sitting right and that was obvious since the brand new tires we had just bought.. the rf was already fucked again like the inside of the tire was all ground away again....!!!!! So I asked him wtf!? and he said things were not sitting right obviously lol and he said he could straighten things out for me for $60 but could not guarantee his work since the struts needed replaced, and I did not have the cash for that at the time.
So he swapped the rf with the rear tire and idk what he did to "straighten things out" but ever since then I kept an eye on the rf tire for signs of wear like it was sitting like \\ again and its been like 2 months now and the rf tire has no wear on it like that but.. now all this nonsense is happening to the damn thing...
