Ok problem solved, it was the Blower Motor Relay (basically a fuse)
Checking fuses was the first thing I did, but that one you cant tell if its bad unless you put in a new one to test. :/

It was a 10 dollar part and took 5 seconds to change? (fuse)
But here I am driving around prolly spent 50 bucks in gas, involved several people, borrowed tools, messed with it for 2 days in the cold and went through ever possible solution to end up at that lol...

Im just so glad its fixed, I put it all back together right there at Oriellys and drove home with the AC blasting FUCK YEAH

Did you work up a sweat changing the relay or what. Thought it was cold out.
