perhaps it is, i didnt look much. If so that could be interesting. I wonder if it works off of your data plan and sends a signal so you could essentially unlock it from anywhere? That would be neat if you ever let someone borrow your car and they got locked out.

I imagine it would work like the onstar app GM has. Satellite link etc.

Shit I use mine all the time. I wish the Ram had it. When it's 108 degrees outside with enough humidity to put the heat index in the low 120's you want to give the AC a few minutes to cool down.

You wouldn't know anything about humidity though.

It's no big deal when I'm off work. I've been doing this shit for 3 1/2 years now, in long sleeve fire resistant uniforms that breath like a wool blanket. Throw a neoprene acid suit on over that and you have a recipe for heat stroke. It's for our own "safety" though. It's not abnormal for us to have a heat wave with a couple of days like that in a row every year in late july/early august. This past year was very mild though. It only broke triple digits a few times.

I mainly want mine for winter. My drive to work is short so my car barely gets warm before I get there. Having it to cool it down a bit in the summer will be nice too.

I try not to let my shit idle pre-trip in winter. It's one of the worst things you can do for a modern engine. If your drive is that short wear a jacket haha. You will want to take the scenic route home or something. Repeated cycles without getting the oil to operating temp (200+) causes oil degradation and all sorts of nasty stuff in the crankcase.

I pretty regularly drive 140 miles one way, all cruising at like 80. At least every other weekend (going to my parents house).
I only want to start it and let it run for a few minutes at most, I cant see it hurting much.
Id rather let it idle a little longer and have it run at temps for a few extra miles.

Also, I do wear a jacket, but Im a little girl when it comes to being cold, lol.
