Modern cars have no lube points. In the old days... tie rod ends, A-frames, ball-joints, heim joints, even sometimes universal joints had grease "zerks" which were lubed. Sometimes modern cars still have grease fittings in these locations.

Good service stations still "lube" in the sense that they ensure that there is sufficient lubricant, though not grease, on such things as the brake lines, clutch line if applicable, emergency brake line, and any other metal on metal have sufficient lubrication. It is typically done with with silicon lubricant such as WD-40, CRC, or 3M for example.

You need to make sure you liberally spray white lithium grease (you can get it at any parts store, wal-mart) all over the brake discs and the brake pads on modern cars to keep them from overheating. It's a lot cheaper to do it yourself and it's easy, don't even have to take the wheels off if you have enough space in them. You should just do it yourself op.

On modern cars, things like ball joints are all permanently sealed at the factory.
