Back they were current cars with practice engines and a chassis/aero setup that wasn't nearly as loose as the race setup for the same track. That was to keep you from killing yourself. He was running 158mph at the start/finish line if memory serves me. At that time the cup guys were in the low 170's. My point was you can get much closer to that experience than you can the others. You can do 12 laps for a few hundred bucks. Thats why it isn't on my bucket list. You need millions to get in the seat of an F1 car.
