Another red light racer is born!!!

Go drive them, decide which one you like for yourself.
They should both be under 30k

I drove my friends 2012 Camaro once, it was pretty nice, but I think I'd stick with a Mustang. Just my opinion.

Ouch, where are you located?

My suggestions to OP are to do a lot of Internet searching. If you look out of state at places like Texas (where I got mine) you can sometimes find way better deals than locally.

Wait a bit for the 2015 to be announced officially and prices will likely drop a good bit.
You can find a 5.0 with lower milage for under $30k pretty easily. Lightly used is the way to go

definitely the best bang for your buck.. I'd stay away from the 11-12's tho unless they have warrenty as they seem to have problems with #8 cyl going bad. Haven't seen any 13's with that problem unless supercharged/twin turbo'd. Has a lot to do with aftermarket tunes

Like the s197 was humped by an aston martin or one of the new jags.

Model updates always look funny at first.

I'm more curious to see what they are going to do with the new "shelby" version of the mustang and how much weight/power it has.

There is no Shelby but there may be a SVT Cobra. If history repeats itself in that case it will be a beast.
Idk about the appearance of them. Even once its released it will depend on the aftermarket stuff imo.
Stock mustangs look so boring in a lot of cases.
