i just feel like oil specialized for high mileage cars like my car is better
maybe it will perform better. i kinda hear friction under the hood when my car is at high rpm.

There is no reason to switch to a high mileage oil unless you start seeing seals seeping or oil consumption. If it has synthetic in it keep using it. It made it to 200k with what you have so why change?
