F250 super duty , no it definatly won't haul a 1/4 ton truck ..

Any 1/2 ton + can haul that, make sure the hitch is rated for the weight, and make sure its frame mounted not bumper mounted.
Heck some 1/4 tons are rated for 6000 lbs
