What a fucking cunt that thing was. Took me about 12 hours overall. My inexperience was greatly shown today. I also hate GM now.. for all the stupid shit they designed.. A fucking bolt in a cable connector? what the flying fuck?! Getting that damn thing undone and put back together took me 2 hours alone (mostly due to my size and not being able to move much under the dash). so used to computers.. woulda taken 5 minutes at the very most lol.
I only had to deal with two clips in the steering column, but both were a pain in the fucking ass and took every ounce of my patience to get undone.
Still have to put the steering wheel and airbag back on tomorrow, but the fucking brake lights and turn signals work now. Thanks for all the input guys.

Good job.

Make sure you put the wheel back on straight of course and if you have a steering wheel lock please make sure it is setup right. I have had an experience of one not being put back together right and it locked up while driving around a corner... not good.
