Clearly not guilty, I wasn't driving is the way to go, and they already showed you the evidence that will be used against you.
They can't prove you ran that red light, why on earth would you say you did, just feel like paying our your insurance company for a few years?
Guilt has to be proven...
That's why OJ simpson can stab his wife to death in his front yard, get chased by the police covered in her blood, and still be found innocent... not enough evidence, they couldn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
Just like they have no proof you were behind the wheel, so they won't be able to declare your guilt.
just going to point out the glaring oversight in your thinking.....
if they NEEDED to know who was driving they wouldn't of faced the camera that way. clearly that state/city holds the cars owner responsible..not just whoever is driving.
