i thought it was much closer but then again my opinion is biased

more like 2 secs but if you take it to court the judge is probably going to harp on the yellow is there to prevent this etc.

U turned @ like 10 mph...

its irritating but when the judge will see that clip he will laugh at you for trying to fight it.

yeah i kind of figured this, going to end up saving a vacation day and just eat the cost

Pay it. Will be cheaper than trying to fight because you probably lose. Not worth it.

Wow everyone on this forum just folds over for the man when they get a ticket...

Clearly not guilty, I wasn't driving is the way to go, and they already showed you the evidence that will be used against you.
They can't prove you ran that red light, why on earth would you say you did, just feel like paying our your insurance company for a few years?


Guilt has to be proven...
That's why OJ simpson can stab his wife to death in his front yard, get chased by the police covered in her blood, and still be found innocent... not enough evidence, they couldn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
Just like they have no proof you were behind the wheel, so they won't be able to declare your guilt.

judge: who was driving?
me: um idk?

It's not up to you to build a case for the state, you not knowing who was driving the car doesn't prove it was you behind the wheel.
It was a friend from out of town... several people have access to the car... my co-worker took it out to get lunch for the office.... as long as you don't say IT WAS ME, they won't be able to prove it was with the evidence they have.

just going to point out the glaring oversight in your thinking.....

if they NEEDED to know who was driving they wouldn't of faced the camera that way. clearly that state/city holds the cars owner responsible..not just whoever is driving.
