my 98 cavaliers coolant reservoir cap went baad and stopped sealing so the hott shit would leak out of that and it caused it to ovverheat sometimes. was $5? at advanced.

I had a feeling it was a hose, but not ALL of the hoses

I'm a stickler about it these days. If a hose even looks slightly old under my hood I replace it. 6 bucks to save a cooling system is worth it imo.
