My transmission and everything else in the car is fully built. The block isn't going to 'pop' and the trans isn't gonna shit the bed. The first and only thing I'll probably break will be axles, but who doesn't, that's normal. 25 psi is incredibly low boost compared to pretty much any other neon pushing this kind of power though, and 424 on 19 psi pump 93 is incredible. I have a 4bar setup and it could have handled more but the exhaust housing on the gtx3076 was basically the choke point. I chose a .63a/r housing because i wanted better response on the street. People saying this is a lot for this platform are misinformed. This was a pretty mild tune too. But yeah prepping for the track is still going on. Just getting the hubs fitted with new studs for the wider wheel base. 255/40zr17. My close ratio gearing and boost by gear electronic boost controller make traction less of an issue, but from about 5k to 7300rpm i do spin on 225s (in every gear). They're bald as shit though. I have seen a few cobras take proxes r888s to the track and lay down 600 without a chirp. There ARE option besides cheater slicks for the streets, they're just pricey.
This dude (doug wind) does timeattack with a very similar build to mine. He wins event after event. His last tune about 1 year ago by the same tuner that did my setup made about 25 more horsepower than me on ignite 114 in 20 degrees lower temp environment. He has no problems putting that power to the ground but he's running 275 hankook rs3s. I think i'll be ok though, we'll see.

On 255/40/17 r888s you are going to do nothing but spin. Hell, my caliber srt4 only had 340 whp and with brand new eagle f1 gts it spun until like 80 mph. Fuck I hated that car.
