yeah but im assuming the guys car is a random car and he wouldve had to be picking up speed quick by the look of it. thats why i was wondering.

From what it looks like the biker deserved it.

never really deserves it. maybe if they are kicking your car, but still you are dealing with a life wihle you are in a protective cage. in US would get attempted murder or similar charge

but if you watch the reflectors by the side of the road and try to count time inbetween passing them it appears the biker did slow down, prob just cut all throttle / engine braked slightly.

watch the liveleak video in the other thread and it was definitely the biker being a dick. guy in the car is just cruising along and the biker comes racing past and brake checks him twice with the second ending in him getting hit. i wouldnt say he deserved it but he definitely brake checked so it was his own fault

actually after watching it, it looks like the guy sped up and then the biker got mad about him following too close and hit throttle hard, when he stopped throttling the guy came and hit him

watch for the brake light. first time the car almost hit the biker brakes, second time the biker braked he got hit.

the reason you see so many dash cams these days are is because of assholes like this that try to scam insurance by getting in wrecks on purpose.

Not sure if I would want to wreck on purpose for some insurance money.. Especially on what looks to be a highway at 60+ mph.
