lol no I would never claim it's a "fast car" you gotta put a a lot into a car to be deemed a "fast car" in my opinion, im not gonna lie, I love my cobalt mainly cause of the gas mileage, it was cheap, and its easily moddable to make it better, but the car does have decent acceleration, till you hit about 45, then you're just zzzzzzz
