After further review i can pick up the RF-1100 at a nearby store for under 400 bucks , i think ill pick up a pinlock insert for it as well. Ill leave this up if anyone thinks otherwise post up and ill check it regularly.

OR

I dont like the graphics but you have to respect the price the reviews across youtube .. written ect.. AND it comes with a pinlock ready shield + insert which would be an extra 80 bucks for the rf1100

The Shoie Rf-1100 is still at the top of my list currently , was just wondering if anyone knew about that particular HJC helmet.

HJC is not junk. . . They might be ugly and on the "cheaper" side, but they are quality protection. This is coming from first hand experience, and not some youtube "review".

Shoei and Arai are overpriced names.

They are expensive but they do have the backing overtime, i have nothing against HJC (Own one of their jackets). I like that the model i wanted came with the sun visor and the pinlock (saves me buying it anyway) AND i was able to get the 15% off plus the rebate. I saw it as a decent deal :)

I love my built in sun visor! lol

I need a new helmet because I'm still wearing the one I gave the asphalt a black eye with. . . But I can't find another helmet I like with a sun visor :(

Iv never had quality issues with my jacket and my brothers HJC helmet did a nice job of saving his head when he went down. But i did blow the extra dollars on the GT - Air model
