He doesn't live in the nazi state of California. There are lots of places that don't give 2 shits about car modifications. Around here you only get a tint ticket if you get pulled over and you don't roll your window down before the cop gets to the car.

In my hood.... lol jk in my city they don't care and they pretty much do the same thing.

If you don't roll down the window or act stupid then yeah they will cite you for it.

They are too busy dealing with thugs and shit.


So not all california are nazi's haha *; but most!
