You may not have blue, red, or amber lights on your vehicle in most states unless you are actually involved in emergency services...

That being said, it kinda seems like a gray area to me, since that's not an electric light of any kind...

yeah I'm sure it would give police a reason to pull you over, they'd still probably consider it to be driver distraction or something like that

I'm gonna make an airplace company and wrap all the airplaces in glow in dark wrap, then laugh at all the UFO conspiracys

It really isn't a distracting glow, though. It just makes the car a little illuminated at night, as you can see in the video.

it looks like its street legal cuz its being officially produced by GM, and the verdict is out for me, I'd have to see one in person

in kentucky they wont say anything as long as the lights dont flash. if they stay solid and dont do anything different they cant/wont say anything about it. as soon as they see them flicker or flash they can bust your ass though. i dont really see how that wrap would break any laws myself its not that bright so as to blind other drivers at nighttime
