For S13:
1. Remove tranny cross member
2. Take apart center console
3. Remove C clip from the shifter
4. Remove shifter
5. Unbolt 6 bolts that hold the shifter plate
6. Put new stuff in, in the reverse order.
7. ???
8. Profit.

Cutting torch and some pen oil make sure u soak what ever it is ur cutting with it.
