Ya everything checked out fine. From a quick google search it might be the ground or something

Sending unit gas gauge in the gas tank has gone bad and will need to be replaced. The gas gauge wire is grounding out causing you to have full full indicated and when there is no ground you get empty signal.

Maybe that ?? It used to just say full all the time until it got low. Then it would blink low fuel. Now I start it up and it days full. Then drops to low fuel signals beeping at me

prob just knocked something loose the last deer you hit.

Haha gas gauge issues....I know these all too well...from figuring out how to make my damn autometer gauhe to work with my stock nissan sender...

First. Have you driven it since you installed it? Take it around a corner fast (van fast) and watch the gauge. Did it move? On a couple of occasions ive installed the sender not perfectly perpendicular to the ground. Severely limiting the travel of the float. One time, every time i took a hard left hander i had a full tank of gas, only to see the opposite on the next corner
Now if theres no possible way that its installed wrong. Id still remove the sender and test it by hand out of the car. Hook the wiring and just move the float up and down and watch for gauge reaction. Test for "dead spots" in the sender. This is a good way to see if your gauge is still functioning properly. As you probably know, they all run within a specific ohm range, and grounds have a HUGE impact on if the gauge will read correctly.

And one last thought. Is there any way you accidently hooked one of the wrong wires up to the LOW FUEL part of the sender? Making it perpetually on. And subseqiently not powering the 12v side of the sender? Check to make sure you couldnt have done that. Because it explains your symptoms. Who knows? Aha

if you have and adjustable resistor u can wire it up to the gauge with the proper amount of power and turn the load up and down and if\ the gauge dosnt move the gauge is bad
