My second option is to get a 2010 328i coupe with 25000 miles for about $26000. M-sports package and a sweet color...Le Mans blue
has 1 year bmw warranty left

I currently have an E46, 328i.

It's fun to drive, plenty of power.

And tbh i fix it myself, its not expensive to maintain.. and i do a lot of maintenance on it as i abuse the hell out of it sideways.

Parts arent as expensive as people think, consider that E46's have been out for over 10 years now, they were produced first in 1998... And share a lot of bits with E36's. And they're not difficult to work on, ive rebuilt the top end of mine/replaced the rear subframe plus other large ish jobs.
