I pull a 19' trailer on a regular basis.

If things were to get squirley on the highway in that thing, mashing the gas and straightening it out wouldn't be an option for you. Trailer brakes will only get you so far.

Bottom line: What you're talking about doing is fucking ludicrous. WAY beyond unsafe.

I have seen this done before with a Chevy Celebrity hauling a Toyota pickup. The Celebrity was never the same again. They went max 40 mph, and the car had a permanent sag to it afterwards. Your brakes are going to explode.

the only time you mash the gas and hope to pull it straight is if its jackknifing to one side and coming around. whiplashing like that youre fucked if you dont get it slowed down in a hurry. like i said they probably had too much weight on the back of the trailer and not enough on the tongue of it causing it to walk like that. people dont know shit about pulling something and act like theyve never heard of weight distribution before.
