its just a factory claim from koenigsegg

Engineers at Koenigsegg have claimed that with special tires the car can reach a top speed of 440 km/h (272.8 mph)

if its not standard equipment then its not a factory car. thats how the veyron got its record taken away because they dont deliver it to buyers with the limiter removed like how they set the top speed record.

e/ i will also add thats if the way it reads to me is it needs a different set of tires than its regularly sold with.
