enjoy hearing every little thing rattle when the bass is off.  Putting subs in the Z was the worst thing I ever did

cause you did it wrong. $150 worth of sound dampening material installed and you can get rid of a lot of this.

One ten or maybe even 2 8's is plenty man...

Fixed....more. After all you do want to hear actual music over the bass.....right?

You need spinners, lambo doors, and a 3" minimum fart cannon on it before you can upgrade the sound system on your civic.
If you read your owners manual you would know all this.

A decent set of 10's powered by a 1200watt would be PLENTY.

Is one 15 too much? With a 1500 Watt AMP? will it kill the battery of a 2010 Civic Coupe?

ive got 1 kicker 12" comp vr with a kx120.2 kicker amp (bought both back in like 2003 right after getting out of high school) and it hits good enough with the speaker and amp bridged. hell if you adjust it right you can still rattle everything in the car and when it was in my camaro it sounded awesome. if you just want good sounding bass inside the car theres no reason to go to extremes. dont buy all that shit unless you are going to be in competitions with it.

e/ i dont see why everyone thinks they have to stick multiple huge subs with a big amp in their vehicle and then they wind up having to change alternators and batteries and running capacitors and shit. unless youre doing competitions its useless
