I actually looked for you and they sell one that's very similar but the mounting in the middle is different. If I were you I would get the real deal.. they're apparently pretty rare.
I'll pm you the closest I found though.

it probably wouldnt be a terrible idea to just get the tire rebalanced and the inside lips cleaned. but it all depends on how bad the dent is, ive personally had big dents in my rims and as long as the seal is good when mounting ive had no issues.

go chromed gm imo. no need to get a knockoff if the others are original gm wheels.
