didnt mean that to sound like 10 people or anything. theres been 2 people but both were a very long time ago. still though they are highly dangerous even by people familiar with them

Unless you are experienced, I wouldnt buy them. Cheap investment, expensive health cost.

Save the money and get an older LT250R instead.

make sure the kill switch is on run, in the center position, I have bumped mine before and was pulling plugs etc, wasn't until I starting tracing the wires back from the motor that I noticed... felt like a dummy.

It takes spark, fuel, and compression to run, test all that in that order, and you might find the problem
