I can't entirely hear it in the videos, but my first thought, when reading your description would be compressor surge.

Which would be a wastegate problem. As previously mentioned.

Have you checked out your actuator to make sure it is closing the wastegate properly?

the only examples of compressor surge ive seen on video it has a completely different sound though. i think it is wastegate actuator though.

haha. I was listening for that, but like we said, probably the actuator being a bit sticky.
