you should learn to drive a 5/6speed before you buy a new car imo
better gas mileage can be your excuse, and a more fun car can be your reward

Automatics get better MPG's than manuals, nowadays. And, it's going to be my DD. I know how to drive a stick, but it's just so inconvenient.

Idk. I'm not really diggin the blue accents either. The salesman said he could get one with the Black/gray accents.

Here's a random google img I got of one with the interior I like.

Yeah, I agree. Also, if I decide to buy one from a different dealer, they offer a lifetime powertrain warranty. That, imo, is worth a few more thousand mark up from this dealer near me.

You shouldn't be turned away from premium gas, you'll end up spending $2-3 more....not bad considering your previous dd. that's about $160 a year. That's not that much in my book. Many people in the brZ/frs are getting 34+ and the automatic actually does achieve better mpg.

Maybe you should try a focus st?

I for one somewhat like the veloster

lifetime powertrain warranty is NICE. put nitrous on it and blow it up. then take the bottle off get a new engine :P

You're right it's really not that much of a difference, but the FRS is also $3k more. I do really like the FRS, but the Veloster seems like a more well-rounded car. Idk, I'm not in a hurry to decide, so I'll keep comparing. Just trying to get a feel right now. I wish there was and Automatic nearby to test drive. The salesman said he would call me when there was one available. I don't like the Focus ST that much. It just doesn't catch my eye. And I think they only come in manuals?
