The only track near me is a 1/8th mile....
I want to LS swap our Miata and take it to a track but the closest thing is still quite a drive away.

If it was LHD don't say anything. I figure next year ill be 25 so insurance wont be so bad on the R34. I was able to afford the R33 and I doubt it would be too much more.

Up until I bought the evo TD inspected all my cars lol, so I'm not sure if they're going to inspect whatever I end up getting next. Also, if I do fuck up and they were to see a v8 in it they won't cover it, so there would be no reason to get more than plpd. The idea of having no coverage on a $25000 car is scary.

Who were you insured with for the R33? I was thinking it was silver wheel, but you need to be 26 so it can't be.

There are options not to far away from me but I dont know much about when/how I can actually drive them. (Road Atlanta and Atlanta Motorsports Park)

Either way I need a huge power jump in our miata or a new suspension setup in my Mustang before I bother even trying.

Without track experience the last thing you would want to take out is a high power miata lol

I was with AXA for a while until they dropped me for RHD then I was with facility getting raped hard. For silver wheels you need 10 years since you got your full G so its actually closer to 28 years old.

go get the basics down, dont be afraid to get pwnt. the guys at the tracks are awesome people. its not like the vids on youtube where everyone is an asshole. go practice cutting a perfect light on the tree at the drags or learn the corners at the road course
