Nope, stock twins have ceramic compressor wheels. They don't really like high amounts of boost, they're also really small as far as turbos go and if you go to 20psi you're not going to make as much power as you'd think because it's out of their efficiency range.
Change your turbo or don't go past 12-14 psi.
